The Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is a high risk activity educator providing unique, customized training programs in the fields of Construction, Transportation and the Electrical and Utility Sectors. IHSA’s programs, products and services are shaped by subject matter expertise, sector partnerships and evidence based practices. Our goal is to build strong partnerships with our clients and deliver innovative, customized programs that support their implementation of prevention solutions and provide continuous improvement to their health and safety performance.
As a Powerline Technician Training & Apprenticeship Consultant, the incumbent will be responsible for assessing the health and safety training needs and providing a high level of skills based, hands on, trade specific health and safety training/programs to both member and non-member firms. The duties will include, but are not limited to scheduling, designing, delivering, recommending and evaluating training programs for clients within Ontario and, at times, nationally and internationally.
