As a Customer Account Representative, you will be a key member of the Customer Service Team.  You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, both in person and as part of a call center, for account changes and inquiries, receiving and processing payments and effectively dealing with a variety of call types. As a front line ambassador for WNH, you will be expected to represent WNH in a professional and effective manner to enhance the customer experience and promote various conservation and customer service initiatives.  

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a post-secondary program in marketing or business with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Customer Information Systems, credit and sales concepts and experience in a fast paced call center and/or retail environment. As a proven team player with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, you will ensure an effective delivery of services and support to all customers; both internal and external.  Possessing knowledge of and experience in the Ontario electricity market will be considered an asset.
