Primary Duties
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for supporting all key HR areas of Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Additionally, the HR Advisor provides guidance and support on disability management, labour relations, policies and procedures and company objectives. The HR Advisor is a flexible, confident individual who is able to advance organizational culture by modeling organizational values, promoting HR initiatives and demonstrating sound judgment.
