I.T. PROFESSIONAL

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Facilitate the ongoing operation, design, development, and interface of strategic computer based applications.
• Assist in major system integration projects.
• Provide end user support for computer related hardware and software
• Be responsible for maintaining hardware/software configurations for workstations, servers, and tablets.
• Develop software using agile development methodologies

The successful applicant should: 

• be a graduate of a university or college computer science/information technology program.
• possess in-depth knowledge of several of the following technologies: Virtualization, Windows Server, Linux, networking and network security. Knowledge of any of these would be an asset: .net, PHP, database, big data architecture, anayltics, GIS and mobile development with a demonstrated ability to become proficient as appropriate.
• be familiar with active directory and group policies.
• possess excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and analytical skills.
