Customer Service Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing administrative support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ensure that all stationary supplies are available by taking inventory and stocking or ordering supplies when needed.
• Ensure timely mail services by processing and distributing daily incoming and outgoing mail; tracking, maintaining and coordinating postage.
• Scan and index all department correspondence.
• Maintain the meter card file system, customer files and department records.
• Serve as backup for customer service and other job functions within the department as needed. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Post-Secondary Education and/or 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Proficiency in multiple Microsoft Office functions including but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated Harris experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with confidential information and documents.
• Strong abilities to do the following:

  • Highly organized and professional
• Ability to support flexible work schedules.
