Apprentice Metering Technologist

Entegrus Powerlines, a progressive company dedicated to providing the highest level of service and a positive work environment, requires an Apprentice Metering Technologist for our St. Thomas location. Reporting to the Manager of Stations, Metering & Facilities, this position is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, verifying and removing single-phase and poly-phase electrical meters for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual with the demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, the Electrical Utilities Safety Rulebook and company policies/procedures.
This position is a full-time union position based on the IBEW Collective Agreement. Current hours of work are from 7:30am – 3:30pm, with a 20 minute paid lunch, Monday-Friday. All interested candidates should send their resume to:
