OPERATIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST

This position is located in beautiful Cornwall, Ontario, which is a safe and friendly growing community located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Eastern Ontario. Reporting to the Supervisor, Engineering & Planning, this position will be responsible for regional and corporate reliability reports, budget preparation and variance reports, billing accuracy and customer service analysis reviews, maintain engineering and business databases, compliance analysis and review, assist with project management and identify continuance improvement opportunities.

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Completion of post secondary education in Business Administration or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with strict deadlines.
• Highly motivated, self-directed with excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and presentation skill to work with our internal and external customers.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and extremely resourceful.
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferably in a unionized environment and experience addressing internal or external customer inquiries in a diplomatic and professional manner.
• Highly proficient in MS Office; experience in SAP would be an asset.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills including the ability to build successful working relationships.
• The language of work will be in English; ability to communicate in French would be an asset.
• Must hold and maintain a valid Ontario “G” license with a clean driving abstract – some travel will be required.
