CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Algoma Power Inc. (API) looking for a motivated, self-starter, who has a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a dynamic customer service team. This positon will provide in-person front line service to the public and/or over the phone regarding billing inquiries, payments and other customer service requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively deal with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, while complying with Company policies and procedures regarding payment of account.
The successful candidate will have intermediate computer skills, ability to troubleshoot problems, accounting skills and previous office experience multi-tasking in a customer service related position.
