CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Accounts, this position is primarily responsible for providing superior customer service to customers with information related to billing inquiries, new and continuous services and general service.
Through computerized consumer accounting module and at the direction of the Customer Accounts Manager, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
