Reporting directly to the Regulatory Compliance & Billing Supervisor, you will work in a team environment. The Database Quality Control Analyst gathers, analyzes, and reports data related to Lakefront Utility Services customers. Responsible for: ensuring data is correct; supporting management with information that assists with decision-making; and enhancing the process of reporting on accuracy and performance. This role includes performing queries, analyzing customer accounts, updating financial spreadsheets, and performing database analysis.
