Bluewater Power Distribution Corporation is the founding member of the Bluewater Power Family of Companies. Headquartered in Sarnia, Ontario, Bluewater Power Distribution is an Ontario Energy Board regulated utility that distributes a safe and reliable supply of electricity to over 35,000 customers in six Sarnia-Lambton communities. With an unrelenting commitment to safety, our mission is to maintain our strong local roots, while adding value as a leading energy solutions provider. The Bluewater Power Family of Companies has grown over the years and now includes four affiliated Corporations including: Electek Power Services, Bluewater Power Services, Bluewater Renewable Energy, and Bluewater Regional Networks. We offer hundreds of services and serve customers across North America.
We invite seasoned senior professionals to apply for the position of Director as a member of our Board of Directors for Bluewater Power Distribution Corporation. The successful applicant will work in close partnership with the Chairman of the Board and other directors in a leadership capacity as the senior governance body of the Corporation.
Primary consideration will be given to candidates with Corporate Law and/or Regulatory expertise, utility experience is an asset. The successful candidate will also possess demonstrated corporate expertise in strategic, financial and operational management.
