2024 SUMMER STUDENT PROGRAM
Milton Hydro is excited to announce that we will be hiring four (4) Summer Student positions, supporting numerous departments within the organization, to join us through the months of May to the end of August.
Our Summer Student Program is designed to enhance learning through on-the-job experience related to your field of study.

Customer Service Administrator
This position is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Department. You will gain customer service experience while assisting staff with finals, new service connections, and phone coverage.
Network Services – Engineering
This position is responsible for supporting the Engineering Department. You will participate in tasks involving research, calculations, and reporting.
People & Culture Administrator
This role is responsible for supporting the People & Culture Department. You will assist the team with the coordination, administration, implementation, and maintenance of various people processes and programs.
Communications Administrator
This role is responsible for supporting Communications in the People & Culture Department. You will assist in building a strong portfolio of content and graphic work along with an extensive skillset in communications, marketing, and public relations.
