Entera is a leading Utility Contractor in the GTA providing Overhead/Underground Electrical Utility services, Civil Utility Construction, Engineering/Design, and Street lighting services to our clients. We take pride in the professionals we employ and are currently looking to fill the following position:
Overhead Line Supervisor – Toronto
Position Summary: responsible for the day to day operations and work execution of the High Voltage Electrical Dept. including both Overhead and Underground Electrical Distribution Construction. Must be able to supervise and manage manpower and equipment resources for multiple crews. Work in conjunction with the Department Manager in the scheduling and tracking of project milestones for numerous projects on going at the same time.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Certified Powerline Technician with minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory position.
Must have strong organizational skills
Must demonstrate written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must have strong understanding and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and EUSA rules
Must have valid Drivers License
Related experience working in Toronto an asset
Post-Secondary education an asset
