JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, the Manager, Distribution Engineering & Asset Information drives the near-to-mid-term engineering performance, customer connection execution, and foundational data integrity of Hydro Ottawa’s distribution system. Leading a multidisciplinary team, this role serves as the primary custodian of Hydro Ottawa’s Geographic Information System (GIS) data and its operational performance frameworks. By bridging advanced engineering analytics—such as Distributed Energy Resources (DER) integration, connection impact assessments, and power quality analytics—with robust GIS asset records and data governance, the Manager, Distribution Engineering & Asset Information ensures the grid remains resilient, compliant, and structurally optimized. Crucially, this role acts as an operational partner to the long-term planning team, translating day-to-day distribution system dynamics and asset data into the validated baseline models required to fuel Hydro Ottawa's strategic investment plans.

This is a management group opportunity and salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
