We are currently seeking applications for an experienced team player to join our Electric Distribution team. The successful candidate will be a 2^nd year Apprentice Powerline Maintainer who will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of underground and overhead electrical distribution, sub-transmission lines and equipment. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

• Powerline Maintainer 2^nd year Apprentice
• Must have a minimum of a secondary school education diploma
• Must be able to be certified in Work Protection Code within 6 months
• Must hold a valid DZ driver’s license
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a crew
• Willingness to work extended emergency and planned overtime hours when required
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of P.U.S. office according to residency requirement practice H24-07
• Must be in good physical condition to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Medical and physical fitness test will be required
• Demonstrated excellent attendance, safety record and attitude
