The role:

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in developing and executing on Milton Hydro’s forward-looking and progressive Strategy 2.0. 

We are seeking an individual who brings electrical distribution system experience, but also embraces the concepts of: driving a customer-centric focus from management to the frontline; engaging employees in adapting to change; and, embracing business optimization utilizing technology and a continuous improvement approach. 

We need someone who is an engaged change leader, who actively evaluates new business opportunities, can realize on identifying & implementing productivity & efficiency gains, and, who will be a key contributor in achieving the Company’s strategic vision. 

The skills & experience we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Master degree in Business Administration or Finance an asset
• Professional Engineering license (P. Eng.) an asset
• 10+ years’ experience in an electrical transmission or distribution operating environment
• 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory role
