Position: Client Services Financial Analyst

The Role:

You will be primarily responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial data and audit information. You will coordinate the budget process and maintain key financial information to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 

We are seeking an individual who is internally client focused. Our approach is to provide services and support to business partners across the organization, assisting them in setting budgets, quarterly forecasting, managing to budget, allocations and financial reporting – focused on assisting them in building financial acumen and better managing their business units. 

The skills & experience we need:

• Advanced interpersonal skills, and enhanced communication and collaboration skills to support an internal client centric environment
• Advanced ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy
• A team player who can assist business unit leaders to understand and support change
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a related discipline
• Professional Accounting Designation, CPA (CGA, CMA, CA)
• Experience in the electricity sector an asset
• Minimum 5-7 years in an accounting/financial analysis role
