Project Co-ordinator

GREATER SUDBURY UTILITIES has an opening for a Project Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the Supervisor of the Engineering Department, the successful applicant must have:

  • Three-year college program in electrical engineering technology
  • Exceptional leadership, planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Class “G” Ontario driver’s licence.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Prepare, initiate and follow-up work orders for such things as commercial, industrial and residential subdivision service installations, distribution system rebuilding, extensions, relocation and line conversions.
  • Participate in the analysis and studies related to the technical and economic feasibility of Utility projects.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with customers.
  • Design, develop and document standards for Utility constructed distribution facilities and streetlighting.
