ENWIN Utilities Ltd. is a licensed electricity distribution company and is responsible for the local distribution of electricity to more than 90,0000 residential, industrial, and commercial customers within the City of Windsor. ENWIN Utilities Ltd. also maintains a contract of service with Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) to operate and maintain the WUC owned water system that serves customers in Windsor, Tecumseh and LaSalle.
Windsor Canada Utilities (the “Company”) owns and operates two subsidiaries; ENWIN Utilities Ltd and ENWIN Energy Ltd. ENWIN Utilities Ltd., is a regulated electricity Local Distribution Company operating in the City of Windsor. ENWIN maintains an electricity distribution system that serves residential, industrial, and commercial customers. ENWIN Energy Ltd., the second of these subsidiaries, provides streetlight and sentinel light maintenance services to the City of Windsor and residents, as well as engages in partnerships to offer energy-related and non-regulated services.
Serving the community of Windsor, ENWIN Utilities is seeking an innovative and experienced CEO to help lead the organization into the future. Focusing on excellent service delivery and compliance with regulatory bodies, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the organization and leading the team towards developing and implementing further business development strategies. The CEO will manage relationships with stakeholders, act as the spokesperson for the organization and will serve as a pivotal link to fulfilling the organization’s strategic plan. Together with the executive team, the CEO will be responsible for strengthening ENWIN’s position as an industry and community leader.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will have strong business and financial acumen with a collaborative and inspirational style towards leadership. They will have experience working in a highly regulated environment but can also take the lead in creating a more business focused and entrepreneurial culture. The successful candidate will be a proven executive with a strong background in financial and operational excellence.
