COLLECTIONS/PAYMENTS CLERK

ERTH Power (formerly Erie Thames Powerlines) is a licensed electricity distribution company servicing over 24,000 customers throughout Southwestern Ontario.  ERTH Power is pleased to announce an immediate opening for a Collections/Payments Clerk in our Ingersoll Operations Centre.  This position is responsible for efficiently maintaining the customer service activities of the collections and payments operations. 

Qualified applicants, who meet the following criteria as well as those noted in the attached job description, will be considered: 

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma – Grade 12 minimum
• Knowledge of Ontario electricity industry
• General knowledge of acceptable office practices
• Effective communication and customer relations skills
• Conflict Resolution
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Computer and technology literate – proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
