ENWIN Utilities Ltd., is currently accepting applications for the position of:
Manager Regulatory Affairs
Reporting to the Director Regulatory Affairs, the Manager is an integral lead of a team of utility regulatory specialists responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes, including implementing and managing changes to ENWIN’s policies, procedures and initiatives. This position serves as a key resource to analyse and make recommendations with respect to rate and policy proceedings, and to integrate these recommendations into ENWIN’s strategic plans, policies and procedures. The Manager provides confidential research and advice, ensuring that regulatory compliance information is disseminated throughout ENWIN in a timely and effective manner. This position oversees and coordinates the filing of written communications, models and regulatory submissions to government and government agencies, including the Ministry of Energy and the Ontario Energy Board. The Manager assists the Director in representing ENWIN in any regulatory proceedings as well as with stakeholders.
The successful applicant must have the following skills and competencies:
Salary Range for Qualified Candidates: $120,526 - $133,918
