SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader who is customer service driven to lead and engage their team while delivering exceptional customer service. This key leadership position reports to the Regional Manager and will collaborate with the internal operations team to meet day-to-day work as well as project deliverables; this position will also interact will contractors, various legislative bodies, municipal agencies and businesses within the service territory. This position is responsible for external customer communications as well as resolving escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction. This experienced leader will provide training and coaching to foster employee development and maintain a skilled workforce, as well as effectively work with their team to develop process improvements and efficiencies.
To meet the needs of our bilingual customers, this position must be fluent in both French and English.
