The Role:

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in the group benefits/HR services field performing the following tasks:

Client Relations

  • Builds client relations and liaises with various consultants and service providers
  • Supports clients by providing interpretation and recommendations for various HR services
  • Facilitates face-to-face and/or virtual client meetings with focus on ensuring the client’s needs are met
  • Works closely with internal and external teams to coordinate services across all business lines

Business Development

  • Supports sales through cross selling initiatives
  • Participates in the design, development and execution of marketing, communications and sales material
  • Works with various members to proactively identify leads and meet client needs
  • Works with various team members to improve business practices and streamline processes 

Administration

  • Acts as a customer service representative
  • Responsible for data entry and other administrative functions for a variety of HR services such as responding to inquires via email/phone etc., troubleshooting, billing, filing, auditing and producing reports etc.
  • Provides back-up support to the other team members
  • Works with computer system developers to implement new business requirements
  • Liaises with carriers in resolving client inquires
